TV in the living room and wireless network available. In the bathroom / toilet there is a washing machine. The distance to the bus stop is about 50 meters where the buses always drive towards the inner city or to Frölunda Torg. If you want to go by tram it is only 7 minutes walking distance to the nearest tram stop at Nya Varvsallén where line number 11 runs and 3 minutes further walk away you have the next stop, Kungsten, where lines number 9 and 11 run to central city. Currently, the all three room is empty and can be rented from first of Augusti to none-smoking and animal-free students. The other one room is already reseved but no rented to a indian student as researcher i n Chalmers University. Rental fee is 7 000, 7 000 and 6 000 Swedish crown / month payable in advance. The rent includes fees for internet, electricity, water, heating and waste collection. It must be paid one month rent in deposit not than longer tow week before arrival.
